Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues using multiple company applications.
• Educate callers on benefit plans, prior authorizations, and PBM processes.
• Maintain high standards for quality, adherence, and one-touch resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level; prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
