National HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time Warehouse Worker / Local Delivery Driver (302 E. Watkins St., Phoenix (South), AZ 85027) to help support our continued growth and expansion. We offer a competitive salary, full benefits, Matching 401(k) and profit-sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Make deliveries to local customers – Class C CDL must obtain within 90 days of being hired if needed
• Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks
• Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks – can obtain forklift license while on the job
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Keep warehouse premises neat and clean
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

Qualifications:

• CDL License (Class C) – must obtain within 90 days of being hired if needed
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Hazmat Endorsement – must obtain within 90 days of being hired
• Operate Forklift and pallet jack – will certify while on job
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) – Clean Driving Record
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
• Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
• Must be able to pass drug tests.
