PROJECT COORDINATOR

Do you have a detailing background in metal buildings and a knack for keeping projects on track? This role could be a perfect fit.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in the metal building industry. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on detailing knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage project details with precision.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the bridge between Sales, Customers, and Detailing

• Review and clarify project contracts and scope

• Manage RFIs and ensure accurate communication across teams

• Track timelines and support front-end project coordination

• Leverage software tools including MBS, AutoCAD, Excel, and (optionally) Monday.com

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in the metal building industry

• Strong detailing background (essential)

• Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and accurate, especially when handling RFIs

• Ability to work under timelines and support multiple projects at once
