We are seeking Member Service Representatives with weekend availability!

Compensation comprised of hourly and commission

Qualifications and Job Responsibilities:

Effectively tour and sign-up prospective members (reference the tour check sheet) & provide accurate & thorough information about the Club
Have each toured member completely fill out guest/Prospect card (signature required)
Complete data input of tour information into the system
Set up assessments for members. Follow-up courtesy calls to members.
Accept cancellations and question canceling member’s reason in a tactful, caring manner.
Prompt arrival for shift (recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to shift start time)
Dress according to Club policy to present a conservative and professional appearance
Attend to the needs of members and guests, providing excellent and friendly customer service
Charge and collect the correct fees for guests, memberships, etc.
Complete appropriate paperwork completely and accurately: agreements/contracts, cancellations, holds, billing problems, etc.
Avoid absenteeism and follow department protocol for time-off, shift changes, and illness
Adhere to policies and procedures as specified by the Employee Handbook
Be able to work successfully towards goals set by Sales Manager
Be able to successfully maintain percent for sign-ups and fitness assessments
Other job-related duties as assigned by Manager
