Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Southeastern Arizona | Inpatient, Outpatient & Home Health
A growing healthcare system in Southeastern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity offers a diverse caseload across acute care (inpatient), outpatient, and home health settings , allowing you to expand your clinical skills while serving a close-knit community.

Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional independence
- Treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Arizona OT license
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer/EMR proficiency
- Knowledge of safe patient handling and body mechanics
