• Employed Position : Competitive base salary of $115k–$125k with a 10% bonus based on quality metrics.

• Salary Range : $115k–$125k

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care only
• Max panel size: 650 patients
• Average 10–12 patients per day
• Collaborate with a fully supportive care team to deliver outstanding care

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• NP graduates with at least 2+ years of primary care outpatient experience
• Active, non-probationary state medical license

• Collaborative and patient-focused
• Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, including addressing medical and social needs
• Passionate about caring for seniors, patients with comorbid conditions, and underserved populations
• Energized by working in a fast-growing organization

• Suturing : Proficiency in minor wound closures
• Joint Injections : Competence in administering injections for pain management
• Skin Biopsies : Diagnostic capabilities
• Wound Care : Comprehensive management skills
• Preventive Screenings : Relevant to geriatric patients
