Kingsmark Kennel & The Dog Wash
Kingsmark Kennel and The Dog Wash are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly. This position supports both locations and plays a key role in maintaining a high standard of care for our animals, customers, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Maintain dog wash equipment, and kennel systems.
- Address minor carpentry, painting, and fixture repairs.
- Monitor facility condition and report larger repair needs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional indoor and outdoor areas.
- Coordinate with management on maintenance priorities.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs independently.
- Comfortable working around animals.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license required, with proof.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours.
- On-call or scheduled maintenance as needed.
- Some weekend availability may be required.
