CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up Operator
About the Job:
CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up/Operator
This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm.Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and fill a few positions ASAP.
Immediate opening for day shift:
- CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up / Operator.
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and show up to work everyday.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.
- Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong CNC Lathe/mill knowledge.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience setting up Mills or lathes.
- Must have your own tools.
Functions:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes/Mills.
- Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.
- Maintain a clean machine & working area.

- Take pride in your work and have a sense of ownership.
- Must be reliable.
