What You'll Do

As an Operator 2 – Irrigator , you'll play a key role in keeping our crops healthy and thriving by ensuring proper water application across our fields. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining irrigation systems

• Applying fertigation, chemigation, and soil treatments

• Monitoring crop growth and adjusting irrigation as needed

• Setting and inspecting irrigation pipes, caps, nozzles, and drainage

• Coordinating irrigation schedules with Harvest, Crop Protection, and Production teams

• Performing basic irrigation equipment repairs and maintenance

• Following food safety, safety, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 months of agricultural experience preferred (irrigation experience a plus)

• Strong work ethic and dependability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Work Environment

• Outdoor, hands-on work in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

• Flexible scheduling including day, evening, or night shifts
