Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (May require occasional weekend or off-hours work as needed)
Pay Rate : $36.06 hourly
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Lead daily safety briefings, orientations, and training sessions for crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and hazard assessments across AMHS install areas.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, permits, and certifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and client safety teams to resolve safety issues.
• Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Track and report safety performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of safety coordination experience in construction or industrial environments.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in safety management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-risk environments with attention to detail.

Preferences:

• CSP, CHST, or other safety credentials
• Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
