The Position : Our Client is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
- $115,000 - $125,000 Base Salary
- Sign On Bonus

- 3 Days CME's With $1500 Reimbursement

Requirements:
- Current Arizona License Required
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
Responsibilities:
- 4 or 5 Day Work Week Available
- 18 - 20 Patients Per Day
- No Calls
- No Weekends
- Full Support Staff
