Your New Role

As our Part Time Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher , you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Answering customer calls within two rings and scheduling plumbing services.

• Dispatching technicians to jobs that match their expertise.

• Communicating with customers to confirm schedules, provide updates, and answer any questions.

• Supporting the management team with clerical and administrative tasks.

• Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation with a flexible schedule that includes some holidays.

• 1-3 years of experience in dispatching and customer service.

• 2 years of experience in administration or the home service industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting and sit for extended periods.

• Familiarity with DESCO software (a plus but not required).
