Labor & Employment Attorney
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in both Labor and Employment Law and will possess strong trial court experience, particularly within the state of Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor law and employment law issues, including compliance and risk management.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to labor and employment disputes.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on labor law compliance and best practices.
- Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings in trial courts.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases and projects.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Arizona Bar Association.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong knowledge of trial court procedures and litigation strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
