This Front Desk Lead role is critical to the success of our practice because it is the first impression patients receive. By creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth patient flow, this position directly supports both clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. You’ll be serving both our internal team and external patients, ensuring operations run efficiently while creating a stress-free, compassionate experience.

A Day in the Life of a Front Desk Lead at BlueDot Dental
On any given day at BlueDot, you can expect to:
Arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure the front office is prepared to welcome patients.
Work with a supportive and professional team who value growth and collaboration.
Manage the care of patients who appreciate a holistic and personalized approach to dentistry.
Create a welcoming office culture that eases anxieties and builds trust.
Treat every patient like family, ensuring they feel respected, cared for, and understood.
Train and coach team members to help them reach their potential.
Connect with vendors and suppliers to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
