Customer Service Representative (Training Provided!)

Looking to jump into a role where no two days are the same? This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in customer service, logistics, and operations—all while learning how things move behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll start by supporting the Customer Service team and quickly become a key player in keeping orders flowing, customers informed, and teams connected.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to for processing customer orders and service requests
• Keep things moving by entering and updating orders in the ERP system (CargoWise is a plus!)
• Stay in touch with customers, providing updates and keeping schedules on track
• Team up with warehouse and production to coordinate job tickets and keep operations running smoothly
• Track orders from start to finish and help ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with shipping paperwork and keep everything organized behind the scenes
• Help maintain accurate records so everyone stays on the same page
• Connect the dots between customer service, warehouse, and operations teams
