Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, personable Hospitality Associate to provide exceptional guest service in our cigar lounge. This role blends beverage service, retail support, and lounge upkeep to ensure every guest has a great experience from the moment they walk in.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, engaging with guests, and working in a relaxed yet professional setting.

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Take beverage orders and deliver drinks promptly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance in the humidor (training provided).
• Recommend cigars and beverages when appropriate.

Lounge Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, ashtrays, and seating areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms as needed.
• Collect trash and assist with light closing duties.
• Ensure lounge remains organized and presentable throughout shifts.

Retail Support:

• Assist guests with cigar selections.
• Process transactions accurately (POS system experience a plus).
• Help maintain humidor presentation and organization.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working around cigar smoke.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Previous hospitality, bar, or retail experience is a plus (but not required).
