Job Title: Collections Representative

Start Date: January 20, 2026

Location: In office - Phoenix, AZ 85044

Shift: Training M–F 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (3 weeks); then 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Description:

• Contact homeowners to resolve delinquency and discuss fees/credit impacts.
• Perform skip‑tracing and document all collections activity in platform.
• Establish payment arrangements (extensions, modifications, forbearances, repayment plans).

Qualifications: 1+ year collections/loss mitigation (3+ years preferred); FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA knowledge; CRM tools (Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce); skip‑tracing and loan calculation experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
