Show Director / Producer - The Officer Tatum YouTube Podcast

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Show Director/Producer to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Officer Tatum Show on YouTube and across podcast platforms. This role is critical to shaping our show into a polished, highly professional broadcast that rivals top networks.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience running video-based shows, preferably at a major network (Fox News, Newsmax, Daily Wire, BlazeTV) or for a high-profile conservative influencer. You understand what it takes to run a studio-quality production, manage a team, and ensure that content is engaging, timely, and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of The Officer Tatum Show (live & recorded formats).

• Direct the trifecta team: researcher, video editor, and production crew.

• Manage show rundown: story selection, segment timing, live read integration, ad spots, and guest coordination.

• Work directly with Brandon to refine show structure, tone, and flow.

• Ensure the highest quality of video/audio production — from lighting to camera angles to overlays.

• Build production systems and processes to scale output across YouTube, podcasting, and social clips.

• Liaise with external guests, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth on-air integration.

• Stay ahead of trends in political media, podcasting, and YouTube to keep the show competitive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in broadcast, YouTube, or podcast show production (conservative media strongly preferred).

• Background with major outlets (Fox, Daily Wire, Blaze, PragerU, Turning Point, etc.) a plus.

• Proven ability to direct live shows and manage multiple moving parts under pressure.

• Strong editorial judgment — knowing what topics resonate with a conservative audience.

• Technical knowledge of video/audio production workflows (OBS, Wirecast, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci).

• Ability to manage a small production team and coordinate with researchers and editors.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
