REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• Clinic vasectomy
• Infant circumcision
• Surgeries in OR (3–4 per day)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted
• Board: BC/BE in Urology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clinic coverage and perform 10–15 procedures weekly.
• Perform 3–4 surgeries per day in the OR.
• Participate in night and 24-hour call coverage.
• Consult and coordinate care with available support staff.
• Complete all documentation using Cerner EMR.
