SECURITY GUARD

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full time Security Guard for our Chandler location to manage traffic for the Over the Road (OTR) Gate. Traffic will include employees and vendors as well as inbound/outbound product loads.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Maintain our culture of "Safety First"
• Manage inbound deliveries per daily schedule.
• Keep clear, detailed and legible records of inbound and outbound shipments per company standards.
• Understand the Appointment Plus software platform for tracking inbound appointments into the facility.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Identify all vehicles and limit entrance to those approved (e.g., company logo'd vehicle; hanging Hensley placard; or they are listed on the daily guest list provided by the receptionist).
• Communicate clearly and concisely with warehouse management and other members of management throughout the facility.
• Maintain clean work environment by cleaning while working

Required Skills and Experience:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Ability to read code dates proficiently.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to work holidays
• Previous beverage industry/warehouse experience helpful but not necessary
