We are seeking a Customer Service And Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Create estimates and quotes on projects
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Knowledge of printing, graphics, and trade shows essential
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office

Most of the staff at GPI has been here for many years, and we take great pride in our relationships with our clients. Any candidate will be expected to perform at the highest level of quality standards at all times, covering a variety of projects. Because several of our clients require our staff to comply with their internal security and safety regulations, all eligible candidates MUST qualify for a security clearance and be willing to undergo a background check for such clearances.

This is NOT a commission based position. We need a person to work closely with our sales and marketing director to better serve our client base. While the position will be focused on sales, it will be focused on sales via customer support to our existing client base. Many of our clients use our services for one type of project, while not realizing we provide other products and services as well.
