Organizer/Packer for Seniors (Part-Time Position)

We are a industry leading, highly professional full-service moving company exclusively for Seniors. This is purpose-driven work that exceeds client expectations through teamwork, care, focus, and pride in doing assigned tasks at a high level of efficiency within already established systems.

At Arizona Senior Moving Company, we help seniors and their families through one of life's biggest transitions-moving into a new home. Our packing and organizing team removes the stress and restores the joy by ensuring every client feels settled, comfortable, and cared for on Day One.

What You'll Do:

- Carefully pack, organize, and set up homes for seniors moving into new spaces

- Create peaceful and organized environments with care and attention to detail

- Work and collaborate with your teammates to complete moves efficiently, quickly, and effectively within already established systems

- Represent and uphold Arizona Senior Moving Company's standards of professionalism and care for Seniors going through one of the most stressful times in their life

What We're Looking For:

- Able to work a flexible schedule during business operation hours (Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm) to support business needs

- Able to stay focused on assigned tasks and timelines without improvising or changing the plan independently

- Ability to stay physically active throughout the day while remaining mentally organized, attentive, and calm

- Able to lift up to 50lbs independently

- Able to be on your feet for the duration of the day/shift

- Excellent listening and communication skills

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, mobile apps)

- Have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation

- U.S. work authorization and are able to pass a background check

- High school diploma or equivalent
