POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Technical Coordinator supports the successful delivery of technical projects. Experience as a project or product coordinator, focusing on timely and efficient software and product development delivery, is essential. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, develop plans, and manage timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage project risks is crucial for ensuring the success of technical projects. The Technical Coordinator role is highly collaborative and is expected to assist all relevant project representatives in driving innovation and delivering value in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The specific tasks and duties of a Technical Coordinator may vary depending on the scope and nature of the project but typically include:
· Uphold and integrate Solidarity's Catholic and Christian identity and foster the teachings of the Church in all aspects of your job responsibilities.
· Develop and maintain technical project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
· Develop technical project scopes of work that meet the desired project requirements and outcomes, as aligned with company objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Establish and maintain effective communication channels between technical and non-technical team members.
· Facilitate technical project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time.
· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
· Provide technical direction and support to technical staff, vendors, and project partners.
· Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and timely.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
· Proven experience in technical project management or coordination, ideally within the healthcare sector or a SaaS company.
· Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
· Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and technical implementation.
· Ability to distill high-level strategy and goals into actionable projects and tasks, ensuring clarity and consensus among all stakeholders on the project scope, timeline, and budget.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and capable of working with diverse teams at all levels of the organization.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Must be able to travel, as defined by project needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· BSc/BA degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field relevant to the specific industry.
· 3-5 years of technical project management, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
· Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
· Remote and professional office setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee calendar management for scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
- Support office management activities, including maintaining supplies and organizing workspace.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
- Assist in financial record keeping using QuickBooks as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
