General Laborer (Full‑Time)

Full Time | Manufacturing | Sign Industry

We are seeking a reliable, General Laborer to build crates, package products, and prepare signs for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build wooden crates and packaging using hand and power tools
• Assemble materials using nail guns, staplers, screws, bolts, and glue
• Place products into crates manually or using hoists
• Prepare signs for shipment, including cleaning, inspection, and touch‑ups
• Install faces, lamps, base wood, and required labels on signage
• Safely operate tools such as drills, saws, sanders, impact guns, and forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred
• Carpentry or crating/packing experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read tape measures
• Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.)
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Overtime as needed; occasional evenings/weekends
