Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping businesses grow through smart payment solutions, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Present products and services to prospective customers in both Spanish and English.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
• Based in or near Phoenix, AZ for occasional team meetups or client visits (if needed).
