What You Bring

Proven track record in sales (roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, or similar door-to-door). Entrepreneurial mindset, you think and act like a business owner, not an employee. Resilient, coachable, and unwilling to quit until the deal is done. Confidence with homeowners and comfort in navigating insurance conversations. Reliable transportation and ability to work in active storm markets
