Location : Remote

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Max Pay : $34/hr to $38.68/hr on W2

Position comments:

This is a remote role, ideal candidate located within commuting distance to McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, or Tewksbury, MA

Remote position with potential travel to site locations as needed.

Job Description :

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality candidates for entry-level Campus Programs and Supply Chain/Operations roles. The successful candidate will possess strong business and HR acumen to ensure quality, timeliness, consistency, and efficiency in hiring while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

To be successful, the candidate must have experience with high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection, negotiate offer packages, and provide salary recommendations.
- Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the company and prepare them for offer extensions.
- Ensure seamless, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support various Talent Acquisition projects aimed at efficiently and effectively attracting, pre-screening, and hiring talent, while ensuring a positive candidate/new hire experience.
- Maintain compliance with all hiring processes, ensuring alignment with EEOC standards.

Required Skill Set :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline, and 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
- High volume recruiting experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain.
- Strong experience in customer, candidate engagement, and relationship building while managing multiple assignments.

Desired Skills Set :

Ideally located within commuting distance to McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, or Tewksbury, MA
- Experience supporting recruiting programs and/or project management.
- Recruiting experience for a department of defense supplier/customer

Education Qualification :
Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
