Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the production management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Safety Manager 4
**Location:** Goodyear, AZ (Hybrid - 75% onsite, 25% offsite)
**Pay Range:** $62/hr - $67/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
+ Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
+ Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
+ Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
+ 8-10 years of experience in production management or a related field.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
+ Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
