Position Requirements:

• DEA with prescriptive authority
• FNP or AGNP credentials with AZ license eligibility
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in primary care or geriatric medicine
• Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel
• Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player
