Bookkeeper LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Tempe who is in search of a bookkeeper to join their team. This is a fully onsite role, with a Monday-Friday schedule. The salary range is between $60,000-$65,000.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and customer account maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and support accounting management as needed.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries and account issues.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- Required: Hands-on experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
