In-Home Caregiver Opportunities – Immediate Openings

Dependable Staffing is hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one support for clients with spinal cord injuries in a home setting. If you’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care, we’d love to connect with you.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Sunday–Friday

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Assist with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and basic home upkeep
• Prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
• Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior
• Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of recent caregiving experience
• A warm, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
