Health Insurance Agent
POSITION SUMMARY
AZ Health Insurance Agents is looking for motivated, results-driven Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our virtual team and help Arizona residents secure the under-65 health coverage they need. This is a high-activity inside sales role that pairs a steady flow of warm, brand-driven leads with your own outbound prospecting. Our brand generates roughly 150–180 warm leads per month across the agent team, and agents supplement that shared lead flow with consistent daily outbound calling — so success comes from working both. As a fully virtual team, we’re building an agent bench focused on stability, ethics, and long-term client retention.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Structure
Monthly base salary + commission (grows with production)
Commission — Year 1
15% of commissions, with the opportunity to increase to ~25% based on production and performance

OBJECTIVES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Work the shared warm-lead flow (≈150–180 brand leads/month across the team) alongside your own outbound prospecting to convert prospects and close health insurance sales
● Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day to build and work your pipeline
● Nurture leads and follow up consistently, guiding prospects through the enrollment process with expert advice and exceptional service
● Help Arizona individuals and families make informed decisions about their health coverage and give them peace of mind
● Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the company CRM (GoHighLevel)
● Hit ramp and production targets by leveraging the company’s proven system, training, and lead engine

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
● Active Arizona Health AND Life insurance license - required
● E&O (Errors & Omissions) insurance already in place - strongly preferred, not required ● Comfort with outbound calling and CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus)
● Arizona-based - required (fully virtual role, Arizona residents only)
Note: Priority is given to candidates who are already licensed. Exceptional, highly motivated candidates who are ready and willing to obtain their Health & Life licensure quickly may be considered case-by-case.
LOCATION & WORK ARRANGEMENT
This is a fully remote, virtual position open to Arizona-based candidates only. Agents work from home with company-provided tools, leads, and systems.
