About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Office Services Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, including mail distribution, office equipment management, supply stocking, hospitality services, receptionist backup, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including internal mail delivery and pickup.
- Arrange for UPS, FedEx, and messenger services as needed.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, digital mail machines, and printers.
- Handle large print, scan, and copy jobs while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain printer stations, restocking paper and supplies as needed.
- Order and stock office supplies to ensure team members have necessary resources.
- Assist with office moves, conference room setups, and other facility-related tasks.
- Provide backup support for the receptionist as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior office services experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional office setting.
- Proficiency with office equipment, including printing, binding, scanning, and mailing systems.
- Experience handling mail processing, distribution, and shipping coordination is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to evolving office processes.
Working Conditions:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (typical office or administrative work).
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks, push, pull, bend, twist, lift, and stand for extended periods.
