We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Part-Time (6 Hours per week Monday and Thursday 2:00pm-5:00pm) Receptionist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately.
• Manage a switchboard with up to 10 phone lines, ensuring prompt and accurate call forwarding.
• Respond to inbound calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain the reception area in an organized and presentable condition.
• Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling appointments or managing mail.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies for the front desk.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.
• Experience in receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems.• Proficiency in managing a switchboard with up to 10 lines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Previous experience in a part-time receptionist role is preferred.
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and functional reception area.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
