Location: Glendale, AZ

Salary: $16 – $25/hr. DOE

Overview
We are seeking a Fence Apprentice (Installer) to be part of a 2-3 person crew installing commercial permanent and temporary fence including: wood, chain link, PVC, aluminum, and more. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates are also eligible to join the PSG fence journeyman apprenticeship program .

What You’ll Do:

Installation and Programming

• Install commercial permanent and temporary fence according to specifications
• Prepare the site by digging post holes and ensuring proper alignment
• Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and secure
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed fences as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

What You’ll Need:

• Diver's License & Clean MVR (with no suspensions within the last 3 years)
• Clean background
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in fence installation
• Technical Skills: Experience driving 2-3 ton trucks and towing trailers is a plus
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments, and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
