Position Summary
PrePass is seeking a Tolling Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Tolling Operations Manager, this role will assist with tolling program oversight and work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve enrollment and operational issues. The ideal candidate has a passion for data, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely and from our downtown Phoenix office at Block 23 at Cityscape.
What You’ll Do
Support tolling program oversight, working directly with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve program enrollment issues.
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on business needs.
Manage large fleet accounts, providing ongoing support through customer follow-ups and recurring meetings.
Troubleshoot and manage programs related to customer violation issues.
Assist Managers and Directors with day-to-day operational activities.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems and processes, troubleshooting errors and coordinating timely resolutions across teams.
Perform thorough analysis of large datasets and document findings clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation, and deliver training to end users as needed.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, assist in implementing changes, and champion adoption across teams.
Requirements
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong problem-solving, investigative, and detail-oriented skills.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced filtering.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Professional communication skills, with the ability to interact tactfully across all levels of the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in Commercial Vehicle Transportation and/or the Tolling industry is a plus.
