-Full-Time Assistant Store Manager-
We are looking for a natural communicator who can easily strike up a conversation with anyone. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should be excited to learn about our products and share that knowledge with customers. The role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older, and experience in retail or sales management is a plus! Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines.
- Train, delegate, and supervise staff.
- Drive & achieve retail sale metrics goals.
- Lead store operations while the store manager is off duty.
Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred)
- Prior management experience (preferred)
