Job Title: Medical Otolaryngologist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 4 half-days per week)
Work Environment: Outpatient Clinic (Non-Surgical Role, in-office procedures optional)
Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually (based on collections)

On Call Required: No call required for non-surgical role; participation in group call required if performing surgery

The practice currently includes two board-certified otolaryngologists, four full-time audiologists supported by four audiometry booths, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in vestibular rehabilitation. The clinic features a comprehensive balance center equipped with state-of-the-art vestibular diagnostic testing and utilizes the eClinicalWorks EMR system.
You will work alongside a dedicated and experienced clinical and administrative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal physician is an experienced Otolaryngologist who values high-quality patient care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. This individual is comfortable working in an outpatient clinical setting, managing ENT conditions, and may optionally perform minor office-based procedures. Physicians interested in surgical cases may participate in group call coverage.
Job Summary:
The Medical Otolaryngologist will provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care to a diverse patient population. This role focuses primarily on clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions within a busy and well-supported practice environment. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time scheduling and provides the opportunity to perform minor outpatient procedures if desired.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform minor outpatient ENT procedures as desired
- Collaborate with audiologists and vestibular rehabilitation specialists for coordinated patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all regulatory standards
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in group call coverage only if performing surgical procedures
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active or eligible for Arizona medical license
- Minimum of one year of post-training clinical experience required
- Ability to practice independently in an outpatient setting
- No ongoing legal or medical board disciplinary actions
- Must be able to perform essential physician duties
