Looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to help oversee and support our inside team.
Synergy Payment Solutions is a Full-Service Credit Card Processing Provider. We supply merchants with wholesale pricing direct from Visa and MasterCard for their discount rate. We supply the merchant with a customized package consisting of terminals, POS, gateways, wholesale pricing, 24 hour merchant support, and a wide array of services, including gift cards and check guarantee services.

The Call Center Manager will focus on the daily coaching, training and motivating of the outbound lead generation staff to exceed daily goal of appointments set for the Business to Business outside Account Executives, as well as assist the General Sales Manager in the day-to-day operation of the office to ensure the team is achieving its set goals.

Job Responsibilities:

-Surpassing daily lead quotas
-Motivate, inspire, coach and train your outbound lead generation staff to success
-Train talented appointment setters
-Hold your lead generation team accountable for their weekly quota’s, activity and continued training
-Develop a winning culture for the room and your office
-Ensure that the lead generation group sets quality leads and re-qualify those leads daily
-Generate a sense of urgency in their management style
-Manage details which include: entering leads into sales force software, reporting, activity, training and coaching.

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Telemarketing or outside sales experience, excellent communication & sales presentation skills are required.
-Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
-Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, Google Drive
-In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
-Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

Competitive salary plus commission / DOE
Hours 8-5 Monday - Friday Company Description
