Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Memory Care & Hospice Support — Glendale, AZ 85302
Step into a role that values clinical skill and compassionate presence — we’re seeking CNAs to support memory-care clients and hospice cases. This role emphasizes safety, precise documentation, and collaboration with families and clinicians to deliver individualized, dignified care. Opportunities exist for longer shifts to maintain continuity with clients. Shift availability and hours may vary based on client care needs and caregiver availability.
What you'll do:
- Provide advanced ADL care, incontinence management, and safe transfers
- Assist with hospice support and report changes in client condition
- Monitor memory-care safety and implement fall-prevention strategies
- Support physical therapy exercises and mobility plans
- Complete accurate documentation through smartphone time tracking
- Communicate effectively with the care team and family members

Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentials preferred
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening test
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Experience with memory care, incontinence management, and documentation
- Compassion, attention to detail, and strong communication
