We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an Inside Sales Representative at Logos, you will work with customers to identify their needs, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process and win lifelong customers.
NOTE: This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office) and the applicant must be able to work from our Mexico City or Puebla offices.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Understand customers' explicit/implicit needs and requirements and align effectively with our software.
- Close sales and achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand your database of leads and repeat customers.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and deliver value propositions tailored to needs.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and event tracking in Salesforce CRM.
- Hunt for virtual presentation, partnership, and sales opportunities.
- Represent Logos with professionalism, clarity, and confidence in public-facing environments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of inside sales or business development experience.
- Proven ability to close sales and carry a quota in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to craft need-specific value propositions with an immediate time-to-close mentality.
- Track record of customer satisfaction.
- Strong phone presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to connect and build relationships with customers.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Bilingual - English.

The MX base salary for this full-time position ranges from $17k - $20k MXN pesos gross monthly. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
