Corporate Task Force Manager - CRR Hospitality
C RR Hospitality is searching for a Corporate Task Force Manager!
Remote position with a strong preference for candidates based in Arizona (AZ).
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Task Force Manager to support our portfolio of RV Resorts across multiple states. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is energized by frequent travel.
As a key member of our above property team, the Corporate Task Force Manager will step in to support resort leadership during transitions, openings, performance improvement initiatives, and special projects. You’ll work closely with on-site teams to drive operational excellence, elevate the guest experience, and reinforce company standards and culture.

Compensation
· Compensation starting at $70,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
· Provide on-site leadership support to RV Resorts across multiple states, stepping into interim GM, AGM, or Department Manager roles during transitions, staffing shortages, openings, and special operational needs
· Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, brand standards, and guest service expectations
· Assess resort operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to drive performance and consistency
· Recruit, train, coach, and motivate associates while ensuring all departments operate in accordance with company SOPs
· Lead fair, consistent performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes
· Manage budgets, financial plans, and expense controls to achieve revenue, sales, and profitability goals
· Review operating, statistical, and financial reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making
· Supervise maintenance operations, capital improvements, supplies, renovations, furnishings, and vendor/contractor relationships
· Support new resort openings, leadership transitions, and the rollout of company initiatives, programs, and process improvements
· Identify and resolve operational, maintenance, and service challenges to minimize costs and prevent delays
· Complete administrative and reporting responsibilities related to effective operational management
· Partner closely with the Corporate Director of Operations and other Corporate team members as needed
· Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
· Proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor hospitality, or multi-unit operations
· Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills
· Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with diverse teams
· Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable in changing environments
· Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including multi-week stays at assigned properties (heavy travel required, approximately 75%)
