Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing food manufacturing company in Mesa to hire experienced Quality Assurance Technicians!

Available Shift

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+ $1.00/hr)

What You’ll Do

• Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and sanitation compliance
• Conduct routine quality checks during production
• Monitor processes to identify and prevent food safety risks
• Complete GMP audits and maintain accurate documentation
• Verify batch records and production reports
• Work closely with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards
• Report quality concerns and deviations to supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of experience in QA or food manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25–50 lbs
• Reliable and consistent attendance

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in USDA/FDA regulated environments
• HACCP or SQF knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
