Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this role, you will support access awareness, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Guided by a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will make a meaningful impact every day.

- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies at an automotive manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
- Support emergency response activities, including assisting with directions, traffic flow, and incident-related communications while following post orders and client-specific guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
