Paul Davis Restoration is a recognized leader in property restoration and reconstruction services. As we continue to expand our presence in Southern Arizona, we are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial insurance restoration projects in the Tucson market.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in growing our Tucson operations while working with an established restoration company known for exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and production plans
• Monitor project progress, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and insurance partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Document project activity and maintain accurate job records
• Resolve project challenges and customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential/commercial construction
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes and carrier expectations
• Experience reviewing estimates, scopes, supplements, and insurance-related documentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Xactimate and restoration management software preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
