Housekeeper
We are a warm, busy family based in Tucson Arizona. Husband and wife with a loving special needs son. Husband is a physician. We are seeking a dedicated, flexible and experienced live-in Family Assistant to join our household. This is a unique and rewarding role that combines housekeeping, caregiving, cooking, shopping and personal assistant support. The ideal candidate will also serve as a trusted travel companion, joining us on domestic and occasional international trips. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized and weel-kept home, including daily cleaning, laundry, linen changes and seasonal deep cleaning. Caregiving: Provide attentive support to a family member with special needs (details to be discussed in person). Experience with nonverbal individuals with special needs is a plus Cooking and Meal Prep: Prepare nutritious, family-style meals and snacks. Plan menus, grocery shop and ensure preferences are met. We have no food allergies and are very receptive to new menu items. Travel Support: Accompany the family on trips, helping with packing and maintaining routines while traveling. Household support: Run errands, manage household inventory, coordinate with service providers, and support the family's day to day life. Ideal Candidate will have: Proven experience. Strong cooking skills with a love for fresh, healthy meals. High level of discretion, trustworthiness and reliability Valid driver's license (we can assist) Ability to travel as needed. Passport required. CPR/First Aid certification or winningness to obtain Flexible hours and schedule
