- ASE certifications and/or technical school a plus

- Perform minor to complex repairs based on skill & certification level
- Perform predefined inspections and testing of automotive repairs
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair passenger vehicles and heavy-duty equipment
- Diagnose and perform vehicle alignment services
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Document all work performed on the service ticket
- Provide friendly and effective customer service
- Maintain an organized and neat work area

- Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
