Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological care to patients
• Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and diagnostics
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with medical staff
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and their families about urological health and treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Stay informed about advancements in urology and healthcare practices

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Active medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Experience in urology, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in urology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs

Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, 7a-7a

Procedures: Everything from stent placement to nephrectomy

Support Staff: General hospital staff

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
