Barrio Bread is excited to be expanding into our first location of Barrio Bagel & Slice; in Gilbert, AZ.
We are looking for foodservice pros with some restaurant of foodservice experience, who are interested in being ambassadors for our mission to to make nutritious, delicious and wholesome breads, bagels, sandwiches, pizza, and coffee more accessible to our community. Anyone who joins the team will be involved in all aspects...including production, logistics, operations, and customer service.

We are seeking passionate and determined Shift Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a experience in customer service, with the ability to oversee a team of employees, and meet our high standards for quality, and self-accountability. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our operation, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations with regards to hospitality, quality of food, and efficiency.

Requirements:Duties
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers regarding their orders and preferences.
Oversee bakers, cooks, cashiers, and prep cooks ensure excellent execution of standards, recipes, and customer service.
Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are adhered to during food preparation.
Assist with special orders by preparing items as requested while meeting deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization, including proper storage of ingredients.
Monitor product inventory levels of and communicate needs to management.
Maintain daily shift checklists.
Skills
Proficient in food safety procedures, with a solid understanding of food production processes.
Experience in the food industry, specifically in customer service positions.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with customers.
Basic software and computer skills.
A passion for both learning and teaching.
