Summary of Position:
Oasis Cabinetry is looking for dedicated team members to join our amazing cabinet assembly team. The Cabinet Assembler/Builder is responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish. Experience is needed for this position to ensure that employees are comfortable with the work they are performing and ensure that it is done safely.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Assemblers/Builders are responsible for building custom cabinets to order and inspecting all parts of the cabinet before assembly for cleanliness and flaws. If flaws exist, Cabinet Assemblers/Builders are to notify the manager.
- Cabinet Assemblers/Builders inspect each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately and that the necessary finishes have been applied.
- Cabinet Assemblers/Builders will utilize power tools such as Impact Drivers, Drills, and Air Powered Nail Guns, & saws to ensure the cabinets are built professionally.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate professionally.
- Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology, or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Cabinet Assemblers will work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Responsible and hard-working with an open mind to learn.
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs. Regularly throughout the day.
- Must be able to read a tape measure & blue print specifications for modifications as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Warehouse/ cabinetry experience experience: 3 years or more (Preferred)
